This Privacy Policy describes how WL Sports Cards, LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit or make a purchase from this Store.

We are based in Austin, Texas and sell within the United States. Where the privacy laws of your state or country give you stronger rights than this policy describes, those rights apply.

• Order and contact details you provide: name, email, shipping/billing address, and phone number.
• Account information if you create an account: login credentials and saved preferences.
• Payment information, which is collected and processed by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and device data collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and cookies / similar technologies.

• To process and fulfill your orders, including payment, shipping, and order confirmations.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To send transactional messages and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.
• To detect and prevent fraud and to keep the Store secure.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

We share personal information with service providers who help us operate the Store, only as needed to perform those services:

• **SortSwift**, which hosts our store and processes orders and inventory.
• **Our payment processor**, which handles card payments. We never see or store full card numbers.
• **Shipping carriers**, which receive the name and address needed to deliver your order.
• **Google Analytics**, which receives usage data about how the Store is browsed.
• **Meta (Facebook and Instagram)**, which receives usage data through the Meta Pixel so we can measure and target advertising.

We may also disclose information where required to comply with the law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some privacy laws, including in California, define "sale" or "sharing" broadly enough to include advertising cookies such as the Meta Pixel. You can opt out of that at any time using the cookie controls described in section 5.

We use cookies and similar technologies in three ways:

• **Necessary** — needed for the Store to work at all: your cart, your session, and signing in. These cannot be turned off.
• **Analytics** — Google Analytics 4, which tells us which pages are visited and how people move through the Store. We use this to decide what to improve.
• **Advertising** — the Meta Pixel, which lets us measure whether our advertising works and show ads to people who have visited the Store.

When you first visit, you are asked to accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change that choice at any time through the cookie controls on the Store, and you can also control cookies through your browser settings. Rejecting analytics and advertising cookies does not affect your ability to shop; disabling necessary cookies will stop the Store working properly.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:

• **Order records** — kept for at least 7 years, as required for tax and accounting purposes.
• **Account details** — kept while your account is open. Ask us to close it and we will delete it, except where we must keep order records as above.
• **Buylist submissions** — kept for 2 years so we can reference past offers and payouts.
• **Analytics and advertising data** — retained according to Google and Meta’s own retention settings, currently up to 14 months.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond as required by applicable law.

The Store is not directed to children under the age defined by applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
