Terms of Service

By accessing or placing an order on WL Sports Cards (the "Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all policies referenced here, including our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Store.

The Store is operated by WL Sports Cards, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at [email protected].

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use this Store and to make a purchase.

• Product descriptions, images, condition grades, and prices are provided for convenience and may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or refuse any order.
• All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise and are subject to applicable taxes and shipping charges shown at checkout.
• Inventory is limited and sells in real time. Listing a product is not a guarantee of availability, and we may cancel and refund an order if an item sells out before we can fulfil it.

We may refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor; by paying you authorize the charge for the total shown at checkout, including taxes and shipping.

We ship within the United States. Orders ship within two business days, tracked, and packed in a box rather than an envelope or bubble mailer. Tracking is emailed when your order leaves us.

Orders of $200 or more ship with signature confirmation as standard. Someone will need to be present to sign for delivery.

Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed and we are not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

If tracking shows an order delivered and you did not receive it, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days and we will open a claim with the carrier.

Pickup is available by appointment in South Austin, TX 78704, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Select "In-store pickup" at checkout and we will email you to arrange a time and share the exact address.

Photo ID is required at collection. We will release an order only to the person who placed it, or to someone they have named in writing beforehand.

Please collect within 14 days of us confirming your order is ready. If you need longer, email [email protected] and we will hold it for you. Orders left uncollected for 14 days with no contact may be returned to stock and refunded to store credit, less any payment processing fees we cannot recover.

Some items are sold as pre-orders before we have them in hand. Payment is taken in full when you reserve, and the shipping timescales in section 5 do not apply.

**The price you pay is the price you reserved at.** If the market moves between your reservation and the item arriving, we will not ask you for more, and we will not reduce it.

**Release-day pre-orders** are for products with a publisher release date. We are not permitted to ship these before that date, so orders leave us on release day and not before. This is a condition of our supply agreements, not a delay. Publishers do sometimes move a release date; if that happens we will tell you and ship on the new date.

**Restock pre-orders** are for products already released where we are waiting on a further allocation. We do not know the arrival date in advance. We ship as soon as stock reaches us and will keep you updated.

**If your pre-order does not arrive.** Allocations are sometimes reduced or cancelled by our distributor. If we cannot supply your pre-order we will refund it in full to your original payment method. Where an allocation is cut, we fill reservations in the order they were placed.

**Cancelling.** You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships, for a full refund to your original payment method. Once it has shipped, our Refund Policy applies.

**Orders containing both.** If you order a pre-order alongside in-stock items, we hold the whole order and ship it together unless you ask us to split it. Email [email protected] if you would rather have the in-stock items sent first.

All sales are final. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and sets out the limited circumstances in which we refund or replace an order.

Gift cards and store credit issued by WL Sports Cards may be redeemed only for products sold by us. They are not a bank product, carry no interest, and are not reloadable unless we say otherwise at the time of purchase.

• Gift cards and store credit do not expire, and we do not charge dormancy, inactivity, or service fees against a balance.
• A balance is redeemed against the order total at checkout. If the balance does not cover the total, the remainder is charged to your payment method.
• Store credit issued for cards you sell us is not redeemable for cash. It can be spent in store, on future buylist trade-ins, or at online checkout once you are signed in.
• Gift cards and store credit are not refundable.

• You may not use the Store for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Store, other accounts, or connected systems.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

All content on the Store — including text, graphics, logos, and the WL Sports Cards name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, card images, and trademarks remain the property of their respective rights holders.

The Store and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in the State of Texas, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Store after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
